It’s the end of a dictatorship, the symbols of a dynasty lie smashed and this is whats left after 42 years of Gaddafi’s quixotic rule. A new revolution is overthrowing the old at a price. In 1969 he overthrew a monarchy, in 2011 he ed the role call of dictators swept away by people power but how did this revolutionary, once ed by world leaders so dramatically fall? Did his regime, his family self destruct? or were they simply overtaken by history?
